Anpassa fakturor

Skicka dina grossistkundfakturor som skiljer sig från fakturorna som du skickar till dina detaljhandelskunder.

När du skickar ett fakturamejl till dina kunder genereras e-postmeddelandet med hjälp av fakturamallen. Som standard förser mallen kunder med en länk till en betalningssida där de kan ange faktureringsinformation, välja en leveransmetod och skicka in betalning. Kunderna kan betala med hjälp av en av betalningsleverantörerna som har aktiverats i din Shopify-administratör.

Du kan redigera mallen för att erbjuda dina grossistkunder alternativa betalningsalternativ eller villkor. Du kan till exempel lägga till en kod som skickar en faktura till dina detaljhandelskunder och en annan faktura till dina grossistkunder.

Redigera fakturamallen

  1. Från din Shopify-administratör går du till Inställningar > Aviseringar.
  2. Klicka på Orderutkastfaktura i avsnittet Ordrar.
  3. Klicka på Redigera kod.
  4. Byt ut koden i avsnittet E-postmeddelande (HTML) med din anpassade mall. Läs mer om redigering av e-postmallar.
  5. Klicka på Spara.

Exempel

Följande kod kontrollerar om fakturans e-postadress gäller en grossistorder. Om fakturan gäller en grossistorder innehåller e-postmeddelandet anvisningar för kunden som ska kontakta dig för att betala ordern. I annat fall skickas standardfakturan.

Förhandsgranska en faktura

  1. Öppna ett orderutkast som skickades från din grossistbutik.
  2. Klicka på Skicka faktura från orderns informationssida.
  3. I dialogrutan Skicka faktura ska du se till att det anpassade meddelandet är tomt och klicka sedan på Granska faktura.
  4. Verifiera att fakturan är korrekt och klicka sedan på Skicka faktura.
